I've gotten calls claiming they're from O2, and honestly, this scam has happened to me like three or four times just in the past month.

They keep ringing both my mobile and landline, obviously scammers. I've already reported them to the TPS - they really shouldn't be contacting us like this.

Somebody rang up claiming to be from o2, saying they could slash my bill by half. They even sent me those one-time passcodes to my phone and asked for the code. When I told them it sounded dodgy and called them out, the bloke said he was “properly disappointed” and just hung up on me.

Just to update, I found out the TPS doesn’t handle these kinds of calls. They told me to report it to Action Fraud instead. So, I went ahead and logged the scam attempt there.
