Honestly, the way they spoke to me was awful, calling me names and just being really unpleasant overall.

I told them to stop ringing me and that I’m not Laura. After that, they called me a bloody idiot and left about six voicemail messages, all with really nasty, explicit stuff. Completely unacceptable.

My phone went off and I was a bit slow to pick up. When I finally did, I asked if they needed something and then they just hung up. It was dead quiet, but I knew the caller straight away. They're always changing their numbers, probably 'cause they know it’s me, but it’s the same lot every time. Total scammers. So yeah, I just blocked the number.

Kept getting calls from this number, seems to be from Manchester but definitely from overseas. Best thing is to just ignore and block it if it rings you.

Had a bloke swear at me after I told him I couldn’t catch what he was saying, not 'cause of anything he said but he was whispering so bloody quietly! He then started name calling with some awful language so I just ended the call. Next thing, he rings me back right away. Definitely looks like a dodgy scammer pretending to be some sort of investigator.
