I received a phone call from someone who had a rather pronounced accent. He introduced himself as Thomas and claimed he was part of an appliance insurance division (Domestic Care, I believe). He went on about how our warranty had run out and tried to persuade me to renew it. Honestly, it’s just a pathetic scam-don't let them pull the wool over your eyes!
