Got a call from someone with a strong Indian accent claiming to be from O2, trying to pitch some offers. But then they just cut me off right in the middle of talking.

They told me it was the tenant’s helpline.

I couldn’t find any reviews or info about this number on other sites, which maybe means it’s not suspicious. Has anyone else dealt with it before? I even tried searching with different versions of the number, but nothing came up.

I think this number belongs to First Bus ticketing over here in the UK. They usually don't call you, but if their system crashes or something, you'll have to get in touch with them yourself.

Got a call from someone claiming to be Ralph at Ice Telecoms, asking to speak to whoever handles our business phone lines. This isn’t the first time they’ve phoned - I've already told them to stop. I made it clear we don’t take unsolicited calls from telecom firms, but he argued it wasn’t a cold call! How can it not be, when you ring without any info and try to pitch stuff? As I tried to explain this, he just hung up on me. When I rang the number back, it blocked my call. Quite rude if you ask me.
