+441615248533 I usually dont pick up calls from unknown numbers, so this time I looked it up here first. There wasn’t any info about it, so I rang back. Got a recorded message saying something like "Welcome to the energy hub, please hold while we put you through to an agent." Feels like a scam to me since I'm on the TPS list, so getting calls like this must be illegal.

I had a similar experience, received a call but there was no voicemail. I've just got rid of an old mobile, so I wasn't quite sure if it was related to that. However, due to the lack of a message, I'd say it's probably some dodgy scam call.
