Got a recorded call about loft insulation the other day, sounded like a total scam. Was talking about some insulation deal for my loft, but it just felt dodgy. Definitely a recorded message trying to get info or something, so I hung up straight away.

This guy rang up claiming he works for some Energy Hub and was saying that my loft insulation is supposedly hazardous and irritating, even referencing the British Lung Foundation for that. Bit dodgy if you ask me.

Sounds like one of those scam calls to me.

Got a robotic call claiming to be from some energy centre, saying there’s stuff in my loft labelled an ‘irritant’ by the British Lung Foundation. They said they could send a local surveyor for free to check it out. When I asked who was calling, the voice said “I’m Jo” but then the call dropped into an automated beep and went quiet. Feels like some kind of bot gathering info to see when folks are home. Definitely fishy.
