I received a rather puzzling call from someone claiming to be from O2, insisting that they wished to thank me for my continued patronage by offering a 40% reduction on my phone bill. The trouble is, I don’t even have an account with O2! It left me utterly baffled. When I mentioned this little detail, the chap abruptly terminated the call. Quite the strange encounter!
