I picked up the call, but the chap on the other end didn’t leave a message. He was speaking in what sounded like an Asian language, but to be honest, I couldn't quite make out what he was saying.

It was pretty clear this was a spam call using VOIP, especially with that awkward pause after I picked up. Plus, the caller’s English sounded off - the way they spoke, their accent, and the grammar didn’t seem like someone who’s fluent or regularly speaks English. Definitely someone not used to the language.

It’s definitely a scam, no doubt about it. When I asked them to say it again because I couldn’t understand their accent properly, they just ended the call straight away.
