They requested that I provide them with my One Time Password Confirmation, which was a rather amusing situation, to say the least! 😂 When I inquired whether they could validate my email address, the response was swift and not so pleasant-she seemed to lose patience rather quickly and claimed I was just wasting her time. Well, perhaps next time they'll be more prepared!
