My landline is unlisted and I’ve registered with the Telephone Preference Service, yet I still keep receiving incessant cold calls. I’ve taken the extra step of ensuring my name isn't on the electoral roll and have even had my address scrubbed from 192.com. I make it a point never to give my home number out when shopping or online! So, it baffles me how these companies are managing to get hold of my number at all. It’s becoming quite tiresome. What further actions can I take to put a stop to this?

I keep getting calls from this number every single day, and more often than not, there's just silence before they hang up. Today, I spoke to a chap with an Indian accent who claimed he had some pressing information to share with me. I made it clear that I was going to report their antics and told him to refrain from calling me again. What a nuisance!
