Had a right numpty claiming to be calling about my computer supposedly sending out dodgy data. They were after my details, but I wasn't having any of it! Absolutely not! Just another dodgy scammer trying their luck-best to just brush it off!

It's absolutely astounding! I receive these kinds of calls a minimum of three times weekly. Honestly, do they genuinely believe that folks are oblivious to these preposterous scams?

I received a call from someone claiming to be from Microsoft, stating that there was an issue with my licence agreement in their records. He requested that I access my computer so he could point out the supposed problem and sort it out for me. Sensing a trap, I asked for his name and contact details, intending to call back later to confirm his legitimacy. He abruptly hung up on me!
