Got a phone call from some bloke with an English name but a strong Indian accent, claiming he’s from a computer support firm based in St Johns, London. He said my PC had been infected with some kind of virus for the past couple of weeks and asked me to switch it on. Pretty sure they were just trying to get remote access and probably install malware themselves... When I tried ringing them back, the number just came up as 'not recognised' or something like that.
