Then he said something like, “I’ll be seeing you on your street at 7pm.” It was only about 5:25pm when he said that, then he just ended the call. They knew my name and postcode but insisted I confirm my date of birth before putting me through to a “supervisor” who’d supposedly help check if I’m paying too much for life insurance. When I asked for the company’s website, they said they couldn't provide it until I gave my DOB - so we kinda hit a dead end. Totally sounded dodgy to me. Also, tried ringing the number back later and it just doesn’t work.
