There’s this dodgy bloke from India who’s been putting fake apps up on the Google Play and Apple Store, all to get you to download them and try blocking spam calls. Just a heads up to watch out for those dodgy apps if you wanna stop the annoying calls.

Over the last few weeks, I've been getting calls from what they say is Virgin Mobile's sales group trying to pitch me an upgrade. I keep telling them I’m not interested and to take me off their calling list, but they just hang up on me. Honestly, I’m fed up because they also ring me from a bunch of different numbers.

Got a call from some guy abroad, but honestly I couldn’t catch a thing because of his thick accent and the rubbish connection. He started saying all sorts, even calling me 'baby' in some weird attempt to soothe me. When I asked how he got my number, he said it came from my boyfriend! Was only on the phone for around a minute before I just ended the call.

If she was legit, surely she'd know that already. I just hung up and blocked the number. Reading other comments here, it looks like they might be pretending to be loads of different companies, so watch out for that.

Heads up, this ain’t actually Carphone Warehouse calling. It’s some scammers pretending to be them, trying to get into your accounts. A while ago, Carphone Warehouse got hacked, and that’s probably how these crooks got hold of your details. They even seem to know your location and call from numbers that look local. Don’t give them anything, just hang up and block the number right away.

Got a call from a guy with an Asian accent claiming he was from Sky Mobile. He asked which phone I was using and I told him an iPhone 13 Pro. Then he said he could upgrade me to a newer iPhone. I had to laugh and told him the iPhone 13 Pro is actually the newest model right now. Bud, bud, bud, what a cheek!
