Just got a call on my mobile, but I didn't pick up until I checked this site. After reading what others said, I’m happy I didn’t answer and have gone ahead and blocked the number.

This woman called, and it was really tough to catch what she was saying. She knew my name though, which was weird. Then she started asking if I was the owner and wanted to check my address and postcode. When I asked why she needed that info, she just ended the call. Feels like a scam to me!

Got called by a lady who had a really high-pitched voice and an Asian accent, so it was tough to catch what she was saying. Something about the telephone preference service, I think. At about 10:24 in the morning on the 13th of April, the caller asked, "Is this Mr. xxxxxxxxx?" I shot back, "What’s the game today? Amazon, Microsoft, or some other scam? Cut it out, I'm not falling for it!" Surprisingly, she ended the call right then!

I got a call from a guy called Nathan around 9 in the morning, and he claimed it wasn’t a sales pitch but something about an energy survey. He then asked if I was 69 or older. Seemed like a scam trying to target elderly folks to me, so I just ended the call. Funny thing is, the same number had called me the day before too.

Got a call from 01615202732 around half past two this afternoon. The lady said she wasn’t trying to sell anything, but it was about loft insulation. The minute she mentioned that, I hung up straight away. Feels like they do a quick survey first then send someone else round to try and scam you or something like that.

Today, i got three calls from this number 01615202732. The calls came at 08:35, 09:50 and then again at 15:18. First time, i told them i'm ex directory and on the telephone preference service and asked them nicely to take me off their list or id have to report to ofcom. The second call, i just ended it straight away. When they rang the third time, i warned them to take me off their database and if not I'd be reporting them for harassment to the police and ofcom. That seemed to do the trick because they hung up fast after that!
