Got a call from an unknown number and some bloke was saying something along the lines of "will you marry me". No idea who he is or why he called.

Got a dodgy call claiming to be from O2, kept ringing me back like 10 times but from loads of different numbers, all apparently from various places. Right when I got the call, a text popped up with a code supposedly from O2. I didn’t share any details, just kept saying stop calling. The bloke sounded Indian and his English was really bad. Even after blocking him, he just kept trying to get through again. Proper annoying!

I think they mentioned something about being from PC World, but it was hard to catch properly. They asked about what kind of phone I have and if I was interested in a special deal. I just said thanks and ended the call.

Told me there was a special offer from O2 and wanted me to give a six digit code, which somehow set O2 off to send me one. It came with a note saying not to share it with callers. Honestly, why bother with such a blatant scam? It's such a waste of time.

Got a call from a lady with a bit of a foreign accent, and you could hear loads of people chatting in the background like a call centre. She claimed she was from BT or EE or something, but when I told her I couldn't hear properly, she just ended the call straight away. That’s a proper red flag, no genuine company would just hang up like that. Blocked her number for good.

**SCAM ALERT** They pretend to be O2 and tell you your account's been reset, then send a text with a code. Shortly after, they ring you up, saying you can get a 40% discount. When you give them the code, they use your account to make purchases. Just don’t pick up and block the number straight away.
