They seem to run their operations from various spots, one of them being 152 Cherry Tree Lane, RM13 8TS. I’d seriously advise against giving them any personal details, it’s definitely a trap.

I got a call from this number claiming to be O2, then they sent me a pin that supposedly was from O2. After that, the call dropped. Later I found out they'd got into my account, switched the email address, and even put through an order for an iPhone 13. I rang O2 straight away and luckily they cancelled everything. Just a heads up, this is definitely a scam.
