I received a call from SCL Claims in Manchester regarding an accident. I informed them that I’ve never encountered any such incident, to which the chap on the phone suggested that perhaps I could refer their number to someone who has! Absolutely scandalous behaviour - complete con artists!

I played along for a bit and the guy, who was asian, ended up getting really rude. What a joke!

Then he started yelling "National Accident Helpline" at me, so I yelled back, "Don't shout at me!" and then he just hung up. Proper rude, can't believe it.
