I got a call from a bloke with an Asian accent, asking my partner if he owed any money. Even after we said no debt at all, he kept pushing. When he first introduced himself and his company, the line was all crackly and full of static, making it hard to catch what he was saying. Eventually, the guy gave up. Pretty sure it was a scam, so I wouldn’t bother picking up if the number looks unfamiliar.

Got a call from someone claiming to be the fraud squad saying there was a warrant for my arrest over some debt. Just as I was trying to ask questions, they suddenly ended the call. Definitely sounded fishy to me.

Another automated message! This lot are really beginning to annoy me, kept asking me about some debts. It appears there's an opportunity for me to access some extra perks on my insurance! When I inquired about which policy he was referring to, he mentioned my life insurance.
