Got a call from a guy with an Asian accent who was asking about issues with mould and the heating. Didn’t really pay attention, he just kept going so I cut him off, hung up, and blocked the number straight away.

I got a call from a bloke claiming to be from some housing association about mould and damage in my house. He kept asking if I lived in council or private housing. He already knew my name and address, which was odd, but when I said he should have that info already, he got really annoyed. Then he started calling me names, said I was wasting his time, and just hung up. Proper rude and definitely felt like a dodgy scam.

I received a call from this number, answered it, but they just cut off without uttering a word. Were they simply checking if my number was in use, I wonder?

Got a call from this guy with an Asian accent the other day. He was going on about some amazing deals on Samsung and iPhones, asking what phone i was using atm. I said i wasn’t sure, it’s quite old and i’m not tech savvy. Actually, it’s not that old! Anyway, i told him all that mattered was the phone does its job properly. I had to tell him multiple times i wasn’t interested before i just ended the call. Then i made sure to block the number!

I noticed a call from a number linked to Manchester on my phone. I'm situated in Scotland, so I don't have any acquaintances in that area. Figured it was just a spam call, so I chose not to pick up and promptly blocked it. Having glanced at other people's remarks, it seems they echo my thoughts on the matter.

It appears to be a ruse from a so-called mobile phone warehouse. The number's the same, but they've presented themselves under various company banners. Quite suspicious, wouldn't you agree?

Claimed to represent PC World and became quite irate when I suggested they were just another scammer. Their spiel mirrored one I received from another dubious number just days prior, only this time they were masquerading as a different establishment.
