Got a call from this number on 4th October, they wanted to talk to me by name. I asked who it was, but they just ended the call. I’ve blocked the number straight away. Then, oddly, they tried calling again on 17th October, but hung up as soon as I picked up. I blocked the number once more - fingers crossed they don’t keep ringing. When these sorts of calls do get through, I usually ask them to take me off their list, though I’m not sure it actually does any good.
