Had some bloke ring up, real pushy, telling me I needed to renew my washing machine warranty. This isn’t the first time I’ve had calls like this. Pretty sure it’s a dodgy scam, and he wasn’t exactly polite about it either.

Got a call from someone saying they were from Sky Protect, saying my warranty was up and I had to renew it. I told them I don’t even have a Sky subscription, but they just kept going on. In the end, I just ended the call. What a load of rubbish!

So, a few weeks ago, I got a call from a lady saying she was from some home service company about renewing my washing machine service. Then, about a week later, the same number rang me again, but this time it was someone pretending to be from Sky TV, offering a renewal. Pretty obvious scam if you ask me.

Got a call from a lady earlier claiming our washing machine warranty had expired. Total nonsense because the original warranty ended ages ago and we never bought an extended one. She was really pushy and refused to explain where she got my phone number from. Eventually, I told her to remove my number from their system and to stop ringing me, then I just hung up.

I picked up and a woman with an English accent answered, saying she was calling about insuring my sky dish setup. I wasn’t sure what she meant, so she explained it was about the dish, the cable, and the LNB.
