Before you think about calling those ####, make sure you ring Northumbrian Water directly first. And whatever you do, DON’T confirm any details like your name, address, phone number, or date of birth with them. Just give them the account number if asked. They’ll get annoyed and probably just hang up. The weird thing was the letter had my step son’s name but he doesn’t even have an account with them, as I’m the one paying the water bills.
