They actually ring you up outta nowhere for a valuation and never give you the chance to say no. Bit of a pain, really, especially since they're doing the whole offer thing online. Seems a bit dodgy to me.

This number keeps ringing our office phone but as soon as we pick up, they just hang up. Pretty sure it’s one of those annoying sales calls we never asked for. We've ended up blocking it so they can’t bother us anymore.

The caller had a really strong Indian accent and there was loads of noise in the background, which made it hard to understand. He was pushing some phone offer, something like 40% discount, but kept saying the same hello over and over again, which was a bit weird. I've blocked the number now.
