Someone rang me saying they were from my insurance about an accident I supposedly reported. The moment I told them that was rubbish, they just cut the call.

Seems like this Ipswich number is tied to Kinex, a firm from Manchester. They kept telling me they could slash our BT bills for calls, broadband and TV. I made up some random amount when they asked what we paid, just to get off the phone. Then they tried pushing for a house visit the next day, which I declined - got other stuff to deal with than fuss over phone costs. Honestly, looks like another dodgy outfit trying to scam people. Best to ignore and move on.
