I can assure you, it's not a dodgy caller or some kind of scam. It's actually Spark Energy, my energy provider. If they’re giving you a ring like they do with me, they’re likely trying to discuss the upgrade of your meter to a smart meter. Just wanted to clarify that! - caller: 01615051780

This number constantly rings me and often hangs up without warning. It's definitely a scam. They've tried all sorts of tricks-claiming to be about tax refunds, bank fees, parking tickets, and even discussing vehicles that have long been written off by insurance companies. Quite the con artists, these folks!

I just ignore calls that come through with no caller ID or ones that don’t show a name from my contacts. If it’s something important or real, they’ll leave me a voicemail and I can ring them back then. Most of the time, it’s just spam anyway.
