I received a call just a short while ago from these folks. To my surprise, they knew my name and started going on about how I was supposedly due a hefty sum of money in regards to PPI. I made it clear that I didn’t have any PPI, but she wouldn't back down, insisting she could send me some paperwork. I reiterated my lack of interest, yet she maintained that banks were pulling a fast one and not disclosing the full amounts owed, or claiming that people didn’t even have PPI. Eventually, I decided it was best to just hang up. Honestly, it’s become a routine now; I’m inundated with calls from these and other PPI-related folks at least eight times a day, without fail!

They're insisting that I have some outstanding payment due to me, yet they won't provide any specifics whatsoever. When I questioned them on their reluctance to share more info, they started hiding behind data protection excuses. This firm really ought to be put out of business!

I missed this call too but it was from a number almost identical - I just deleted it and forgot to look at it before. The chat went like this: me saying hello, no reply, said hello again, still silence, then a voice says "who is this?" I told him he was the one who called me, and he goes "usually people say hello first." I told him I did, twice actually, then the idiot hung up. I'm pretty sure it was the same company!
