Been getting calls from these scamming losers nonstop, like multiple times a day for ages. Every time I blocked one number, they just switched to another. Eventually I just gave in. I keep receiving calls from some outfit purporting to be from Money Reclaim Specialists, and it's becoming increasingly frustrating. They always kick off by asking for someone named ****, and when I inquire who's on the line, they try to insist that I'm this **** person again. If I press for their identity, the line goes dead, or they hurl insults my way. It’s infuriating when I request that they take my number off their list-only to be met with more verbal abuse! They seem to operate from various Manchester numbers like 0161 503 2241, 2227, and 2244. It's relentless; they ring me week after week, each time from a different number, without fail, day in and day out.

This morning at precisely 10:15, I received a rather peculiar phone call from this number. The caller, who had a distinctly youthful voice and a noticeable Mancunian twang, addressed me by my first name as if we were old chums. However, she quickly veered into a rather intrusive line of questioning regarding the loans I've supposedly taken out, mentioning several banks and building societies with the confidence of someone who knows all my financial dealings. I firmly informed her that I’ve never contracted a loan in my life, yet she persisted in rattling off names of banks as if she had a list. My patience wore thin, and I eventually hung up, feeling quite vexed. It's quite unnerving to receive these types of calls at my age-I'm 84, after all! It's high time something be done to put a stop to these unsolicited inquiries. At the end of the day, it's just more of that PPI nonsense.
