Getting calls every day, sometimes 3 or 4 from various 0161 numbers. I’ve blocked around 10 already! They also sometimes ring from different mobile numbers. Really wish they’d just quit altogether.

This number rang me up asking if I’d received a refund yet? I was like, refund for what and who from? So I kept listening. Then she switched it up completely, asking if I had any loans, debts or mortgages. I asked where they got my number, she just said some trusted data source. Then she said cheers for taking the call and hung up. Proper scammers, honestly.

Got a call from an 0161 number about 2 hours back, ignored it cos it looked like one of those dodgy scam calls. I've now gathered a bunch of eleven 0161 scam numbers. Really need to figure out how to block every 0161 number altogether.

Not sure who picked up the phone or who wanted to speak to Darna. This person has called me a few times from different numbers but the area code stays the same. I try to be nice with most callers except for scammers, so I told him to buzz off and not to call this number again. He then asked me why! I’ve now blocked the number.

Getting calls from a 0161 number but doesn't always mean they’re from Manchester. Mostly scams, dodgy lenders, or those annoying PPI chancers. Just block em. You should do the same, ta!

PPI calls again, but I never actually said who I was. They seem to have all my bank info and are saying they wanna pay me. I told them to remove me from their list and hung up straight away. Just don't bother with these, would you honestly trust some stranger asking you to verify your details like they already know everything about you? No thanks!

I get calls from these lot like 5 or 6 times every single day, no matter if it’s morning or night. They ring from loads of different numbers, loads of which I’ve blocked but somehow they still manage to get through. Once in a blue moon I pick up just out of sheer frustration, and there’s dead silence on the other end! Honestly, it’s driving me bonkers 😠. Does anyone know how I can put an end to this?
