Its all about PPI claims, total rubbish really: they begin by saying I’m for sure owed £1800, but then they wanna ask me loads of questions to check if I’m eligible. I told them, don’t bother with the paperwork, just send the cash, I’m definitely entitled to it, but no cheques, just cash coz I don’t trust banks. By then the guy on the phone had had enough. “I’ll just hang up,” he said. Bit of a shame, I was looking forward to that money!
