a polite chap ringed me up about some utility bills and renewing contracts. i told him it’s our main office that sorts all that out and asked him not to phone this number again. he was quite courteous, thanked me for my time and said have a lovely day before he hung up. honestly, he’s the kind of bloke these companies should send out - he came across nicely and if i had to deal with energy stuff i’d be more willing to chat with someone like him.
