This number is actually a mask used by GDCC, which is some American data research firm. They’re making calls through it. If you ask, they’ll tell you everything, but it’s clear they’re clueless about the TPS rules and harassment laws here in the UK. Plus, it looks like loads of our numbers have been sold off lately because I’m getting calls like this loads of times each day, all from Manchester numbers.

Picked up and all I could hear was some noise like a call centre, no one said a word after I greeted them so I just hung up.

Got calls from this number two days in a row, didn't pick up either time. The second call left a voicemail but I think it was by mistake - just some background noise from an office or call centre, no actual message.
