I had a rather unexpected phone call from someone who insisted on speaking with the owner of my business about matters like business rates and property valuation. Quite surprisingly, he wouldn't disclose the name of the company he was affiliated with, which left me feeling a bit suspicious.

Unfortunately, they wouldn’t disclose the company name or even allow a message to be left. They insisted that we couldn't forward the call since the line was occupied. Quite frustrating, really!
