Well, today I got hassled again by a number I didn’t recognise, 01614644887 - that’s actually the second dodgy call I’ve had today, the first one was from 01618267686. I’m thinking this might be linked to something I did yesterday. I was browsing Compare the Market, looking into deals on gas and electricity suppliers, and nearly finished one of their surveys but didn’t quite get round to submitting it. I also ended up buying something from British Gas, which meant I had to give my contact details. Another thing that’s bothering me is I bought a kettle from Argos recently and signed up for a survey to get an extended warranty on it. Just a few hours ago, the third annoying call came in, this time from a totally different number, 01702440186. Honestly, I hope they don’t keep bombarding me, but I’m pretty sure those surveys have opened a door to these irritating calls. It’s a nightmare!
