9 yearsAt 10.31pm on Wednesday 7th June 2017, I got a call on my landline from 0161 4644882 with a recorded message saying my life insurance had expired. Thing is, I don’t even have life insurance! I’ve only ever shared my home phone number with close family and only for emergencies, so when it rings, you’d expect it to be something important. The next day, I tried calling back that number to give them a piece of my mind about their dodgy and illegal cold call, but all I got was a message saying the number was unavailable. I just don’t understand why this number hasn’t been blocked yet to stop this nonsense from happening!
