I received a call from someone claiming to be from C-om. They mentioned something about our business domain, suggesting that we had requested an alternative one during the registration process. It seemed rather dubious and felt like a ploy to try to sell me something I didn’t want. Clearly, this is a scam; best to terminate the call and add them to the block list.

Complete scam regarding domains. I ended the call abruptly.

A gentleman called, evidently seeking to converse with the individual in charge of domain name registrations. However, he was quite reticent about revealing either his identity or the name of his organisation. When I informed him that our domain registrations were perfectly under control, his demeanour took a turn for the worse-he became rather aggressive and rude. It was as if he thought I was dodging his inquiries, pressuring me for answers without a hint of what his intentions were. To me, it had all the hallmarks of a domain takeover scam, which I've seen often showcased in postal correspondence. I've taken the liberty of blocking his number permanently.

When I questioned him about his identity, he abruptly terminated the call! Quite frustrating, to say the least! It left me feeling baffled. Fingers crossed I won't have to entertain such calls in the future.

Just cut them off! Total pain in the neck with their persistent cold calls. Claimed they were contacting me regarding my Nominet internet account, but honestly, the person I spoke to was incredibly impolite.

I received a call inquiring about my business, claiming it related to my Nominet internet account. I made it clear that I wasn't interested in discussing it with him. He attempted to persuade me, insisting he could provide crucial information, which I found rather improbable. Ultimately, the call ended rather abruptly, either he hung up or the call centre supervisor did it for him.
