I've had two calls from this outfit claiming to be checking up on my insurance claim - I mean, they even knew my reg number, so I nearly got taken in. They said they wanted to confirm everything was sorted with my insurance, like repairs, a courtesy car, and legal fees. When I asked which insurance firm they were with, the woman gave me the wrong name! Today, I just refused to engage, even though she gave it a good go (had to make them earn it, right?). Both calls ended with them hanging up on me. I reckon I'll just be stuck in their call queue until they lose interest.

Just got a call from some Libby who said she was from the ‘aftercare’ team, asking all these weird questions about my insurance claim. Felt a bit fishy if you ask me.

I'd be careful with this number, kept getting calls saying they were from my insurance aftercare team but something felt off about their questions. I rang up my insurance to double check and they said it wasn’t them at all. Personally, I’d avoid it.

i kept getting calls from a couple of different numbers where they pretended to be from a genuine company that deals with accident claims. quite annoying really.

Totally a dodgy claims management firm. At first they said they were part of the claims follow-up department but later came clean that they’re just an independent outfit looking to handle my claim. They kept asking me all sorts of pushy questions, trying to get me to admit to an injury that wasn’t even there so they could file a compensation claim.
