Its about PPI, ive spoke with these people before and they say they can help you claim money that banks might owe you. I heard if you get a suspicious call, they wait till you pick up and then charge u, so dont say hello right away.

If you see a call from a number beginning 0161396, just ignore it. It’s pretty risky. They make you answer loads of questions and then you end up being hassled by loads of people trying to sell you things based on what you said. Then they call again from the same 0161396 number, asking for more info. They promise it won’t happen again but it does. It’s super frustrating. REALLY UNSAFE FOLKS.

Got a call from 016139666046 claiming it was a home survey and that they’d nab numbers of people who didn’t want calls by contacting me. When I asked who supplied my details, they stuttered and muttered something about a company real quick so I couldn’t catch it. Told them to remove me from their list and then they just hung up.

I blocked the number ending in 6056 but then they rang again from 6046. They were pretty cheeky, saying they’d leave me alone if I answered a survey and then started firing off questions. I said no and told them to stop calling me. I’m not holding my breath that they’ll actually listen though, so I’ll just keep blocking their annoying numbers. Total waste of time - steer clear!
