They said they were ringing about my tax refund.

Got a call from someone saying they were from the energy supplier, but it felt dodgy and they kept pushing me, really annoying!

I’m pretty sure any calls coming from 0161 Manchester area are scams, so I’ve just gone ahead and blocked them all. Don’t bother answering those if you get one!

Somebody rang me up claiming I could get £40 credit on my energy bill with a card or something. When I told him I’m already on a deal with my energy provider, he suddenly got really pushy and kept saying, “Do you know why I’m ringing? Do you know why I’m ringing?” I told him off for being rude and ended the call.
