Sounds dodgy to me. Got a text from an unknown number saying there was an issue with my 02 account, but I knew everything was fine. Then this same number rang me. I rang it back, and the recorded message seemed quite legit at first, but then when it said to press 1 to speak to an adviser, the tone suddenly changed and it just said 'goodbye!' O2 checked and said everything was fine with my account, so I just blocked the number.
