Got a call from 02, sounded like a woman from a busy call centre in India. The line was so noisy, could barely hear her properly.

So, I just got a call from someone saying they could handle my PPI claim for me. Felt a bit iffy about it, like they were trying to sell me something rather than help. Not sure if it's genuine or just another dodgy call trying to scam folks. Just thought I'd warn others to be careful!
