While perusing a few other comments, we stumbled upon one that suggested dialing 0800 013 6671 to put a stop to those incessant calls. So, we decided to give it a whirl. To our surprise, it turned out to be a premium rate number! We found ourselves needing to confirm our phone number, which was unfortunately read back to us by an automated voice. Next, we were prompted to affirm our desire to cease the calls, which we promptly did. Fingers crossed this actually does the trick!

I've noticed that these folks never seem to relay messages at all.

We've been inundated with calls from these folks, ringing us up about three times each day! Occasionally, we pick up but remain silent, suspecting that when this was a call centre, they might connect with someone as soon as you utter a word (something to do with voice recognition, perhaps?). Other times, we simply hang up on them or let the phone ring out. What’s the best way to make them stop bombarding us with these calls? We're absolutely not interested in anything they might have to offer!
