i found this company really untrustworthy. they dont bother returning calls and it takes ages just to get any kind of update. honestly feels like they're just messing us about.

So, these ppi claim people said they got my money back for me in February, but then wanted me to pay them before actually giving it to me. I said no, and since then, they’ve gone quiet and haven’t contacted me at all. Feels a bit off, if you ask me.
