4 yearsI got a call from this number, and the bloke on the other end sounded young and Asian with a proper West Yorkshire accent. He said I’d been picked as a finalist from some TV Puzzle advert. He told me I’d already won just for getting this far - something about two lottery tickets and a couple of puzzle books. Then, he mentioned he was from Bradford, which is where I’m from too, so I asked where he was now. He said Leeds, but I found it odd because the number showed up with a Manchester area code! After that, he said there’d be a small delivery fee for the prizes and asked if I wanted to pay by debit or credit card over the phone. I didn’t hang around for long and just cut him off - no way I’m giving out card info to strangers!West YorkshireBradfordLeedsManchesterSubmit Your Own Report (0161 370 8722)
