Absolutely appalling! They were incredibly disrespectful, swearing at me before abruptly ending the call. When I attempted to ring the number again in hopes of speaking to a manager, they just disconnected me once more. This lot rings me at least once or twice each month, and I’ve repeatedly requested that they take my information off their records, but it’s like talking to a brick wall! Truly dreadful service from such an unethical business!
