There’s this firm called Money Claim Experts, and honestly their call centre team is terrible. That said, they actually do manage to get your money back if someone owes you, but they charge 39 percent plus another 20 percent VAT. Just thought I’d share, hope it’s useful!

They rang me like 5 times in one day. When I finally picked up and asked who they were, all they said was “Payment protection insurance team” over and over. Then they asked if I’m under 26 or over, I said over, and they said I’m really young and just hung up. Proper annoying and pushy caller.

Someone called saying they were from "The Payment Protection Team". I asked, "Which company is that exactly?" and they said that’s their company name. [Sounds like a name made up just to trick people.] So I said, "So this is about some made-up PPI claim then, is it?" [Click - they just ended the call.]
