Quite interestingly, Companies House indicates that Edward Hayes entered liquidation back in August of the previous year. Strangely enough, their website is still active and lists a location at Frederick Place in Brighton, rather than Manchester. That address must be either an immense complex or rather cramped, given that it's registered for over a hundred firms!
