Got a call from a bloke named Martin, sounded Indian, saying I owed money. I’ve not got any debts at all. Told him straight up he was just trying to scam me and ended the call. Went ahead and blocked the number but it’s no use coz they keep switching numbers all the time.

This number has been ringing me quite a bit lately. If I were you, I would just ignore calls from numbers that don’t show up saved in your phone. Only pick up if you recognise the caller, then you know it’s legit. Anyone real will leave a message anyway. Most of these calls are just dodgy sales or scammers trying their luck. 01613544691 has been one of those for me.

Loads of times now I've had these spam calls from Indian call centres pretending to be from UK numbers. One bloke even laughed when I said I was going to report him to the police, said he’d share my number with his mates so the calls wouldn’t stop. I’ve reported it all, seriously, the authorities really ought to do something about this rubbish.

Got a call from someone with an asian accent claiming I owed money. They said my name and insisted there were debts I hadn’t paid. Well, yeah, I have a mortgage, but that’s not what they meant. Told him cold calling is banned in the UK now and that I’m not falling for their scams again. I’ve heard from these muppets before and made it clear to never ring me again. Got a phone call from some bloke with an Asian accent. It was one of those cold calls, and somehow he already knew who I was. He started talking about me owing money - yeah, I do, it's called a mortgage. Told him straight up that cold calling’s actually illegal here now, I've dealt with these idiots before, and I know it’s a scam, so don’t bother ringing me again. I’ve already blocked a number from Manchester they used earlier, and I’ll be blocking this one too. From now on, anything starting with 0161 is going straight to voicemail. Same old rubbish, just another day.
