Got a call from a woman named Abi who said she wanted to check if our electricity bills are too high. While we were still talking, she sent me an email and asked me to click a link in it to prove I’d got it. I told her I never click on strange links and ended the call. She tried ringing again today, and I told her I’d already dealt with her and wasn’t interested before hanging up. Honestly, this feels risky to me - someone might click that link without thinking and who knows what sort of trouble it could cause.

So this number kept ringing me like three times every day, saying they were ringing for some market research on behalf of beneficial. I told them I was at work and asked them to stop calling, but they just kept talking right over me. After I asked them again and again to take my number off their list, they just ended the call.
