I've had a few calls where when I answered, it sounded like they were on the phone with another person and then they just ended the call. It’s happened a couple of times now, so I’m just adding the number to my block list.

A supposed accident support line called me saying there was an incident I caused. When I asked for more details, the person on the other end started swearing and just hung up on me.

Got a call from a firm claiming to be Aviva, saying I was owed compensation for an accident supposedly within the past three years. The weird thing was, they couldn’t give me any details about the accident or how much money I was meant to get. I pointed out I’m on the TPS and that this was an unsolicited call, but they just said they knew and went ahead anyway. After I kept questioning them, they suddenly ended the call since they weren’t getting anywhere. They also mentioned being endorsed by some government department. Be careful with these people!

i picked up and the call dropped straight away, didnt even get to speak!

Not sure who they are, but they call me at all hours. The moment my answerphone picks up, they just hang up. And then, to top it off, they’re back on the phone again later. So annoying!
